This place is amazing! The A-frame is as cute as it looks in the photos. Currently power is close but not close enough to hook up to. This place is 100% off grid. The cool part is what my seller has done to accommodate staying off grid. They built a shower, with heated water to boot! Even the bathroom is all dialed in with water and a portable septic tank, which is a tow-able tank when it's full. The acreage is very clean, no garbage or junk cars waiting to be restored or parted out. For the most part almost everything on site stays except for a few personal items. The views from the parcel are amazing. It is semi secluded, only one home can be seen from the home site, besides those far away. This is a cash only sale, off grid without power/sewer water typically can not be financed. It is possible to get a bare land loan in some situations. For Prineville, this is a very good deal.This is not a drive-by, you can not see it from the road. Please call your favorite realtor for a tour. Do not walk the property without permission, seller is there quite a bit. If you are looking off grid and semi private yet close to town with views to die for, this is it!
